Coordinate and manage the fleet of vehicles & drivers

Prepare daily driver roster; respond to vehicle request and their dispatch

Keep record of drivers daily working hours and ensure compliance of Company Transport policy

Prepare and verify Time sheets, Field trips, Contract (SO) drivers’ invoices according to rosters

Generate monthly mileage report, fuel consumption report, field trip report, man hour report, vehicle usage report

Monitor/coordinate all vehicular movement within/to/from Sylhet office to other locations according to Chevron MVS process

Conduct routine inspection and maintenance of company vehicles and update their records

Ensure yearly renewal of vehicular documents (insurance, fitness, tax token, route permit etc) for both leased and Chevron owned vehicle

Coordinate with different departments in GP to ensure timely support for electrical, mechanical work in Sylhet office

Prepare & distribute driver’s driving performance report based on IVM (Inside Vehicle Monitor)

Provide one to one detail feedback for the Red & Amber zone driver. Also examine all the unusual events as reported by drivers to verify

Arrange weekly driver’s safety meeting twice in a week ensuring the participations of all driver without hampering the regular duty

Conduct regular training for drivers

Greet visitors from Airport as and when necessary

Coordinate with civil aviation ensuring Chevron VIP’s are greeted and directed to the exit channel

Prepare work ticket for vendors (hotel bill, vehicle maintenance etc) for vendor and coordinate with Dhaka finance to expedite the process for payment

Arrange & coordinate the repair of the office equipment and ensure office inspection is conducted on monthly basis.
 
         
   


Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
 
 
   


3-5 years of experience is preferred in transportation management
 
 
     


Ability to work collaboratively with Gasplant stakeholders

Working for multinational companies in transport division will be preferred
