Eco-Social Development Organization (ESDO) a well established National level NGO in Bangladesh engaged in development work since 1988 with the partnership of different International and National agencies. ESDO has been implementing the Woman and their children's health (WATCH) project with the partnership of PLAN Bangladesh under Lalmonirhat district. We are inviting applications from interested candidates for the above position:

Responsibilities :
	Capacity building of community groups on management of community clinic and liaison with H&FWC and UHC for referral and smooth functioning of community clinic; ensuring implementation of project activities through effective community mobilization; monitoring of project progress and reporting;

Educational Requirements :
	Masters in any discipline.

Experience Requirements :
	At least three years working experience in health program at community; experience in community mobilization, formation of community groups and providing training.

Additional Requirements :
	Valid Motorcycle license; Able to use MS office programs.

Salary Range :
	Gross Salary: Tk. 16000/--18000/-
