Perfetti Van Melle Bangladesh Pvt. Ltd. (part of the European Perfetti Van Melle Group), manufacturer of confectionery products, seeks applications for the position of:

Plan and manage overall operations with a view to ensure timely accomplishment of production targets in line with sales target within the time and cost parameters.

Plan and execute new projects at plant level as per Capex budget.

Plan regular maintenance to upkeep product lines and provide technical direction to the Maintenance function.

Provide leadership for creating budget which includes Manning, Usage variance, Overhead, Capacity, Capex, and budget for Improvement Initiatives and Controls of these factors.

Implement quality management system (ISO 22000, HACCP) at the plant.

Improve production processes and re-engineer production lines to suit specific product recipes.

Support project work through Team Building & training of the team members.

Ensure warehouse management.

Initiate Cost Management Programs through Energy, Maintenance and Manpower budget, monitoring and control.

Masters / Graduate in Dairy Food Technology.

At least 17-22 years experience in Food industries, with a minimum of 15 years experience in Sugar confectionery industries.

Ability to handle large number of labor functions.

Excellent communication skill to communicate on daily operational issues.

Good command of English (Both written & spoken) a Proficient in Microsoft environment.

Experience in SAP Module operation.
