BRAC, one of the world's leading development organisation, dedicated to alleviate poverty and empower the poor. BRAG Agriculture and Food Security Programme is looking for competent and self-motivated individuals for the above regular position.


Responsibilities :
	Select Production Block by identifying suitable land to produce specific varieties of seed. Prepare training materials and conduct training for the enlisted farmers to produce selected varieties of seed. Visit to the farmland to follow-up the seed production activities to ensure quality seed production and make necessary measures when required. Prepare report and submit to the authority periodically.

Educational Requirements :
	Masters with 4 years Bachelor degree in Agriculture from any recognized university with minimum 2nd division/ class/ CGPA 2.00 in all academic examinations.

Additional Requirements :
	Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in English and Bangla.

Salary Range :
	Tk. 18,515/- per month. Benefits: Insurance, Festival Bonus. Gratuity, Contributory Provident Fund and Others.


Age :
	Minimum 25 years.
