TVS Auto Bangladesh Ltd. (TVS ABL) is a 50:50 joint venture between TVS & Sons and Rian Motors Ltd., Bangladesh. The JV is the first of its kind in Bangladesh automotive industry and expected to be a reckoning force. TVS ABL commenced operations in July '07. TVS Auto Bangladesh is the distributor of TVS range of two wheelers (motorcycle) having the brands like Apache, Metro, Jive, Star Sports etc & 3 wheelers (CNG Autorickshaw) having the brand TVS King in Bangladesh. The company assembles and distributes products through its network of sales, service and parts dealers.
TVS Auto Bangladesh Ltd is a joint-venture company between Sony-Range Group of Bangladesh and TVS Group of India. It is assembling and marketing TVS brand Two-wheeler and Three-wheeler.
