Advanced university degree in Law.

At least 3 years of relevant professional work experience in programming, monitoring and evaluation, in justice for children area;

Experience in diversion and alternative measures, applying child protection case management system;

Current knowledge of the latest developments in the justice for children area.

Proven ability to work with Police, Social workers, Probation officers, Lawyers and Staff of Kishore Unnayan Kendra and Safe Homes for children in contact with the law.

Excellent communication skills & team player

Ability and willingness to work at the field level.

Good training and facilitating skills

Prior working experience with international organizations is an advantage

Language requirements:

Excellent command of written and spoken English & Bengali

Competencies/skills: UNICEF foundational/functional competencies

Diversity and inclusion, Integrity, Commitment, Communication, Working with people and Drive for results.

Dhaka- Bangladesh with more than 50% time in the field
