The Urban Partnerships for Poverty Reduction Programme (UPPR) is the largest urban poverty reduction initiative in Bangladesh, and one of the largest in the world. The programme aims to improve the living conditions and livelihoods of three million urban poor and extreme poor, especially women and girls, in thirty cities and towns by 2015. To achieve this, the programme adopts a community-led approach to improving settlements and socioeconomic conditions in urban poor communities, fosters linkages and partnerships between urban poor communities and local service providers and advocates for pro-urban poor policy development.  Bachelor Degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, Hardware & Software Engineering or any other relevant subject. |
|
| |
|
|
|
|
|
|
 A minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience, including experience in developing online MIS, GIS system and Visual Basic. |
|
| |
|
|
|
|
|
|
 Experience with MS Access, Visual Basics and SQL Server.  Proven experience in Data Management and Analysis.  Experience in designing, developing websites, as well as database driven web applications.  Language Requirements:Fluency in written and spoken English and Bangla. |
