Good communication skills in Bangla and English and have sound computer skills (MS word, Ms Excel, Access & PEOPLESOFT ( PAMODZI) & OTHER FINANCIAL SYSTEMs and the Internet)
Knowledge on Finance & Administration policies.
Ability to work in a team environment and have Good interpersonal skills.
Able to understand and make changing on action of others through proper communication to manage the job functions better as well as have some negotiation skills.
Budget and financial reports preparation experience.
Knowledge on EU donor's regulations.
Knowledge on other donor's regulations like USAID, Global fund etc.
Ability to prioritize activities, to act and decide promptly.
