    An ideal incumbent for the position should have experience on-

    Company affairs (matters related to company formation, liaison with register of joint stock companies, Board of Investments and related Govt. agencies.)

    Financial matters (checking purchase documents, financial transactions, payments etc).

    Compliance with corporate laws and enterprise governance (ensure compliance of internal financial discipline, budgetary control and Standard Operating Procedure - SOPs).

    Strengthening inter departmental and inter-company relationship.
    		 
             
       


    He must be an MBA major in Finance/ M.com (Accounting Finance).

    Chartered Accountants will be given preference.
    		 
     
       


    Minimum 07 to 10 years as Company Secretary in any reputed National 'Multinational group of companies is a prerequisite.
    		 
     
         


    He should have very well interpersonal and communication skill (Drafting English / Bangla business letters, meeting minutes and other related issues) and administrative leadership quality.

    The incumbent shall have personality to work independently and report directly to the Chairman of the group.
