
Building technical capacity of Concern staff in organizational development of local NGOs includes development of NGOs organizational strategic plan, developing policies and procedures and effective organizational management processes.

Provide technical support for PNGOs in effective organizational development.

Ensuring that effective partnership is selected, using organizational capacity assessment tools as per policy, MOU & grant agreement developed and singed timely followed by both partners’ values and mission;

Ensuring that partnership guideline is reviewed including partnerships with technical and research institutions and developed based on lesson learnt, strategies and approaches and implemented it as per plan;

Understanding comprehensive analyzing organizational partnership strategy, identify the key organizational capacity requirements including that of CBOs implemented under the projects/programs and technical and research institutions, recommending to development.

Ensuring timely production of quality reports on partnerships strength, challenges, ways to overcome those challenges and outcomes collectively and also case by case for organization learning and development;

Ensuring the partner M&E system is in place and performance review take place with a systematic way for visualizing the partner’s progress;

Supporting project staffs and partners through regular field visit, monitoring specific indicators, feedback, sharing information with partner and managers;

Ensuring that partners are adequately trained and developed their roles by analyzing their training needs and organize training/workshop accordingly;

Orienting partner NGOs and other stakeholders on the HAP standards, and in particular the CRM.
