The TC-G&A is also a senior level technical leadership position in the team and will have to support the project teams and communities endeavor to understand critical issues of food insecurity and community action to resolve the issues around food security. Essentially the incumbent will have to devise strategies and guideline to enhance good governance of the relevant service providers, local government institutions and private sectors that have bearing on the food security of the poor. He will have to act on capacity building efforts at the level of CARE and PNGO staff and project volunteers, local government and service provider organization personnel as appropriate. The incumbent will also have to lead advocacy and campaigns in favor of the ultra poor communities being served by the project. He will have responsibilities regarding report preparation maintaining close contact and attachment with the M&E unit. TC-FS& G will maintain close coordination with PMs on field activities and on the progress of development plan. He will maintain close collaboration and linkages with GO/NGO service providers and local government institutions. He will develop his own plan through coordinated ways along with other TCs. In all aspects, he will continue a close contact with TL, FSUP-H and update her in all aspects of operation in a regular manner.
