Excellent knowledge, and experience of working with, the Bangladesh Civil Service
Demonstrated work experience in the development of HRM specifications for organisation governed by complex regulations.
Proven ability to manage the design and implementation of large HRMS projects, particularly in the public sector.
Experience of working on change management issues within a public organization
A knowledge of modern Human Resources Development techniques and an understanding of organizational theory and practice with regard to the public
Proven track record in working effectively within multidisciplinary teams.
Advanced computer skills.
