  • Day to day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Payroll preparation by providing relevant data (absences, bonus, incentive, leaves, etc) Calculate and update annual leave record.
  • Handling the statutory compliance.
  • Job posting, joining formalities.
  • Process and review employment applications in order to evaluate qualifications or eligibility of applicants.
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews.
  • Coordinate post-offer pre-employment physicals, psychological, drug screens or other pre-employment screenings as may be required.
  • Assists with new-employee orientations.
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies) by processing employee status changes in a timely manner in compliance with applicable legal requirements.
  • Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
  • Prepare and arrange issuance of various office circulation, internal memo, caution letter, work order etc.
  • To look after PF, health Insurance & keeping records of staff insurance and get it renewed in due time.
  • Maintain records and other related issues of the off roll employees in different location and audit the wags payments time to time.
  • Assist to develop a Retention strategy.
  • To ensure that the best services are delivered to all guests in a timely and effective approach and maintain the visitors registers.
  • Maintain the staff movements in and out registered.
  • Maintaining Work hygiene and discipline in all the departments of the company
  • To maintain records and coordinate dispatch of various documents.
  • Creating, processing & storing all documents, registered related to HR & Admin.
  • Any other duties assigned by the management.
Education Requirement:
  • Bachelor / Masters in Human Resources Management / Public Administration/ Management from any reputed University.
Additional Requirement:
  • Age 28 to 36 year(s)
  • Ability to work effectively within a team
  • Ability to work under pressure.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Reporting Skills,
  • Maintaining Employee Files,
  • Confidentiality,
  • Customer relations management.

  • 4 to 8 year(s)
