Responsibility:

Preparation of interim and yearly financial statements of the Bank as per Accounting Standard, Local rules and regulations etc.
Preparation of annual report of the bank
Dealing with queries of various internal and external auditors and Bangladesh Bank
Preparation of MIS for management as and when required
Preparation of statement of affairs of Bank and all branches etc.

Education Requirement:

BBA and/or MBA from any reputed public or private universities of Bangladesh
CA (CC) from a reputed firm and at least Application level passed will be preferable.

Additional Requirement:

5-8 years of experience in relevant field in reputed bank or financial institution
Strong analytical, presentation, interpersonal skill & good team player
Strong leadership quality and staff motivation skill
Strong Command over Microsoft Office, Systems Evaluation, Analysis and Monitoring
Ability to work under pressure situation and ability to complete all assignments in a timely and effective manner
Expert user of MS Excel and Access, Systems Evaluation, Analysis and Monitoring
Excellent communication skill in both English & Bengali
